They use 異世界, which is isekai for those familiar with it, I'm sure, since this is a weeb space, and not a western gamer space or anything like that, you'd be familiar with its meaning. The rest just goes as usual (引きずり込まれて) gets dragged into an isekai due to collateral involvement through Ishtar etc.
On that note, Rin's profile does mention something similar.
Which goes somewhat like "She is a young mage who hails from a world(世界) beyond that of the universe(宇宙), where True Magic and Magecraft do exist. She studies and dedicates herself diligently every day, tirelessly, and she happens to be the sixth generation head of the Tohsaka family, who are a distinguished family of mages in Fuyuki."
This one goes like "Currently, she is studying under a famous master of the Clock Tower who has a deep connection with a certain Holy Grail War. She travels across various(さまざまな ) dimensions(次元) and different worlds(異なる世界) in order to complete practical assignments"
This bit is speaking of Zelretch, as he's the Master of Clock Tower and the one who has a deep connection to the Fuyuki's Grail War along with the Three Founding Houses. I think they do heavily imply that this is another practical assignment from Zelretch to her.
There was a certain time when I used to check in on HSR daily, but left during the Amphoreus arc. I recall that IX's profile noted universes outside of the IT. I'm not too certain on this, though.
Anyways, it's weird how they mention Unlimited Blade Works here, yet the Rin is obviously from Heaven's Feel, but then, I did remember a tidbit from Heaven's Feel where Rin says she could've done the Jeweled Sword Zelretch herself, but it'd have taken her around 20 years or so, as I recall. So it's probable the Rin we're having in HSR is a 37+ year old UBW Rin(?).
Zelretch would've descended the moment Rin accomplishes said feat of creating the Jeweled Sword with the blueprints she's had, and he'd take her in as his protege, I guess. No clue beyond this.

On that note, it's funny how on spot I was on about Nasu's habits and with Rin. I knew she'd have a voiceline about magical energy, and she did indeed. In the teaser showcases even. Absolutely funny.

Normally, I'd bet on it all. But it's hard to say, not gonna lie. What we know of Rin doesn't follow what we know of Gilgamesh, unfortunately. Rin seemed to be a protege of Zelretch still, so I don't see any reason for the pseudo vessel to follow. However,
They do say that Rin is a reincarnation of Ishtar, so it makes sense that her wavelength matches Ishtar's and hence she can manifest through that vessel, perhaps? Who'd know.
But one thing we can possibly expect most likely is that this happens to be Adult Rin 20 or so years in the future.

Minor edit for this part; I meant specifically hax potency. I don't think she'll have High 1-A+ attack potency with it since it's limited by the user's output. (Though, who knows)?

Only in relation to the output of Base Excalibur, not inherent Mystery necessarily. The output too fluctuates as it's dependent on the user/Rin, which isn't 1000 units consistently, and only was the case because the Greater Source/Mana of the Atmosphere in the Cavern attained around those levels, otherwise normally she's about 500 units.
