Johan Seong Upscale to 8C

So I was just reading a power scaling page, and I noticed it stated that a tier jump is possible if the character who performed the feat had an upscale or was weakened during the feat itself, especially when the gap between the tiers is narrow.

So I think this specific calc for Johan Seong, which was calculated at 933 MJ,

should be viable because during that moment, Johan was already long past his limits and was only holding on through sheer willpower. For him to go from 9-A to 8-C, it would only require around a 12% power increase, so I think it would be reasonable to place him at 8-C when he’s at full power.

While I would've provided more evidence, I think someone's going to make another AP CRT soon and upgrade Johan to High 8-C (Gap feat). Got no issue with the premise of this CRT though

The intention and purpose of the CRT is not bad, but we already have a High 8-C scale for Johan and those who scale him, so his feat is now practically redundant
