How about for the fact that only Ingrid got such attention recently and not because of how they made her as DLC for the game, but because of what she does or says as far powerscaling concerns her

I understand you may be angry at people trying to wank SF before but i don't know how much more clear they can be at this point, capcom themselves describe ingrid as a higher dimensional being, she says in a blog she can erase the player from existence (and steam), her level 3 shows her looking at a multitude of books while floating in a void, with the opponent she just beat being in one of them, and now (probably the clearest yet), we've seen her arcade intro that shows her flipping through a book, seeing Ryu in it, and deciding to interact with him. we even see her starting to "flip the page", which is what makes Ryu first notice her.
She's a being that perceives the SF verse as a story book. the dialogue between her and ryu from the arcade intro also suggests she can change the book/timeline at will.
this doesn't mean SF scales to anything though, it just means Ingrid is an absurd outlier. i'm also not sure if this alone qualifies for outerversal, my previous post was more just a meme.

None of these things are even remotely enough to grand tier 1 even if its just her, the standards for these level requires a lot more to even quality for that, verses like DMC, GOW and the like got there via far more then what Ingrid is given

I agree with that. Ingrid also did say her and the avatar were connected by fate if i'm remembering correctly. not sure what that entails and implies but i think it's something to take note of. the avatar also has connection to the wind spirit like Lily does if i'm also remembering correctly. if i was good at creating profiles i would try to make one for the avatar but it seems like a lot of work and effort goes into that though and they're very in-depth and informative too. don't think i could do that.

Dunno if we're doing spoilers tags or not so gonna play it safe:
From what I'm seeing she's def Low 2-C, World Tour has her destroy a parallel reality that exists as a "world between worlds" with no effort (She does say there's some "technicalities" in regards to the reality being a parallel world but she treats it as pretty much the same thing). Obviously none of the main cast scales to this, it's well established that she's comically above everyone else and is holding back against them, no funny business of Akuma being cosmic to be had here. Her true form is even stronger, she's a higher dimensional being who can't enter a universe without it being destroyed by her presence which is why she has to create projections of herself (Which is what the playable Ingrid is).

Howdy folks, Saman here to produce his two cents on the matter.
I'll start by saying I should return soon, unfortunately life has been stingy with free time to dedicate to the wiki for me, but I'm definitely working on Ingrid, before Alex even, whom, unfortunately, will have to wait a little more (I have to still handle Fatal Fury).
SPOILER SHIELD FROM NOW ON because I'm to lazy to obscure the whole paragraph.
Personally, from what we've seen of Ingrid, including World Tour, quotes, arcade etc.., my personal take would be to split her tier in physicals and hax.
The latter, would be easily Low 2-C, she destroys the parallel SF6 universe so casually and mentions several times her ability to consign universes to oblivion.
Regarding her physicals, I would upscale her to SF6 Ryu and, since her Alpha 3 MAX appearance is canon, to Evil Ryu and Psycho Drive Bison as well. She never confronts top dogs like Akuma directly, but she treats everyone with such sufficience, that it's indeed believable for her to be above every mortal.
I would also add a "possibly" to upscale her to the Darkstalkers, as Fighting Jam was canon to her, and she states to have stomped everyone, from Pyron to Morrigan, but those would be the crossover versions of the characters, not the main ones, so it's debatable whether or not they could scale equally.
That said, while she is repeteadly stated to be a higher-dimensional being, that alone does not suffice to bestow a tier anymore (iirc) and I don't believe there is a true R>F here (that's the appropriate term, right?).
Because, while the universes are portrayed as books to her, she never refers to them as fictional, as they're pretty much real to her and she is quite invested in their safekeeping.
I believe the books are a way to portray the universes, whether metaphysical or not, but they would be more akin to portals or higher-dimensional devices, like other fictions do with orbs, bubbles, paintings or other things.

I would suggest this needs a big ass note or something in this regard, because individuals are really adamant to say she is like DBS Goku and not distinguish hax and physicals
You are also aware Ingrid says the Bison from alpha 3 according to her needs no more then 15 minutes to put him down, even if by SF6 she is more powerful then even Ryu whom we have at roughly same level Akuma is currently, her alpha 3 version wasnt and she points out time passes for her too, difference being she isnt aging by comparison, so she needs different keys given she counts them canon
We have the Shin Akuma meteor calced from the crossover, if we wanna say Darkstalkers cast should scale to that or just go over all material available to that game, in order to give Ingrid a more accurate rating in her stats from there
Given she says she gotta assume a mortal body, which would explain why A.K.I. poison works on her and such, it can be given at the very least something hax wise, she has a lot indication the little girly appearance is just what she chooses to assume

Its no different then other characters in fiction relying on mortal body when their true form cant interact normally with the other characters and also said body being affected like anyone else by other powers

Why would her physicals not coincide with her level? She's going easy on everyone, nobody downscales to her at all

Because some characters in fiction dont use their own body physically to perform feats, but rather the powers, you need to have proof her body scaling to them
Unless you wanna say every telekinesis user in fiction scales to it physically for example, same goes here

So it's looking like her rating would be "At least Island level, Universe level+ with her powers" for her projection. Although depending on how strong the feats in Fighting Jam are she could have her physicals higher (I think I've seen the Shin Akuma meteor get calced at country level before, dunno how accurate that is though). Would her true form just be Low 2-C all around, I dunno how having an existence too complex for a universe to contain works in regards to throwing a big punch or whatever.

Like I said in the example above, unless you wanna say for example all telekinesis users can physically do the same thing with their bodies like their power its simply not viable, Ingrid has no instance of affecting universes or timelines by her punches or kicks, its that simple
So you just gonna ignore she beat Bison in her story easily? Let alone she thinks Darkstalkers characters aint shit to her either, even as far as Alpha 3 she was comparable to Bison amplified by the psycho drive satellite

Yes, without her powers, which are literally the source of all her strength she would at best be a fighter in the level of like Lily, and that's only because of her fighting skills nothing more, but news for you, Ingrid literally has her powers alll the time, they're part of her, she doesn't have a "without powers" self at all, so I don't know why are you so hung up on her defeating those characters as some type of counter to my argument, she literally has her powers when she did those feats

Isnt this confirmed as a small portion of Ingrid's power? It's labelled as unknown scaling wise but if theres any way to help upscale her?

Maybe there's a better way to describe the split between her physicals and universe destroying abilities then just saying "Universe level+" with her powers? Wording it that way would make anyone viewing the profile think that would also apply to the energy attacks she uses which are portrayed as on the same level as her physicals.

There's really not need for any type of "split" about her power and physicals, her physicals are as strong as they're because of her powers, the only stuff that as far as we know that don't have anything to do with her powers would be her fighting skills, also nobody actually scales to her at all, they don't even downscale of her, as she stomps everyone and holds back a lot

Nothing confirms SFxT is canon and only the comic book alludes to that, the game itself isnt and its been concluded they dont match canons, the short episodes show Shadaloo, G Corp and Mishima Zaibatsu all fight for the box, the comic shows Ryu and Ken fight their rivals and thats about it
