Those entire text is so powerscaling bait.
But, if you want a real answer, they don't get anything unless the verse explicitly establishes layered ontological structures with clear superiority over fictional worlds, And many other things to get those things you mentioned.

The text relies almost entirely on vague transcendence wording without rigorous cosmological or functional evidence.

The Logical Manipulation page itself explicitly states that this does not qualify.

While it is true that the text mentions dimensions, fiction, and reality, this alone does not really mean much. Dimensions could simply be alternative structures to the universe about which we have no information, so they would not be classifiable. Fictions could be many things, for example, some of those dimensions I spoke about could be one of these "fictions", with or without equality of reality it remains useless. Reality could be something much more important, but it's just there as a random word; it's not a big deal. You can also talk about "a person's reality," and that doesn't mean it encompasses our entire universe or anything like that.

The part about causality is like the part about logic; it's simply a loose word without context that doesn't add anything.

And about the other thing it could be something but everything needs better development, it's literally a small paragraph.
