Aaaaaand now the HH vs HK matchups might be invalid or needed to be redone cuz of the recent Hazbin buffs

Apparently this updated scaling only gives Velvet a 3.5x AP advantage so I'd say this would still be valid due to not being above the one-shot range.

It might not be a stomp, but it should probably be redone as the AP advantage changes the debate
