A knight and a queen, normally it might lead to romance but here they'll just try to kill each other:

Deltarune is really getting downgraded at almost the same time i did the match huh? Well we can still debate it before (and if) it pass.

No because RK forgot to say please before, this invalidating the whole manipulation. Though it might still work if RK release a few blatantly evil laugh.
Cecilia has no way to push through The Roaring Knight's red wind.
She have 12 reset, the possibility of either aim dodging or throw spells at her foe while she is pushed to land direct shot. And even in a worst case scenario she could survive it albeit with damage
 
Stomp, even with the turn-wheel I don't see anything in her skill or abilities that would allow Celica to survive the danmaku spam that the Knight uses. The turnwheel can help her for a bit but eventually it'll run out of uses and a few hits to the soul would kill Celica.

Characters in Fire Emblem can survive and keep fighting even without a soul, she even have a whole key (the witch one) where she didn't have one and combined with her regen she should be to take a few hits.

And she respond with her own spells while the knight is attacking to force them on the défensive.

Won't help much when the attacks would be slicing through her continuously. Like this isn't just a few slashes this is rows and rows of swords that would cut through her like buzzsaws, low-mid isn't gonna cut it

She should be able to dodge quite a few swords considering she can dodge things like attacks that spawn on her.

And her own spells are also very lethal (since they all dura neg) to Knight who lack good regen of their own.

And she's got several tries.

Can dodge pretty much any attack on the game like:

And other stuff like:
Obviously she won't be able to dodge every attacks and she'll take hits but she won't be taken out by the first few waves of attacks

Only a few of these can actually match up to what the knight can pull off. Appear directly on target seems to be more of a game mechanic similarly to how in Pokemon some moves look like they appear on top of the opponent.
The Knight has insane Danmaku that is quite close-quarters, spam swords at high speed leaving barely any room for avoidance. There's also attacks that just straight up accelerate even beyond the Knight's normal speed, moving seemingly instantly.

I think even 20 attempts or however much she has isn't gonna be enough.

No they really do appear on target, the characters aim dodge them.

Despite his danmaku the knight have the problem of leaving enough room to avoid attacks .
And Celica can't just dodge she can parry and counter attack during knight's attack something that the fun gang can't do leaving her with more options than them which could give Celica enough time to kill the knight.

And getting it by Celica's magic would be devastating for the knight because every spells dura neg. One Excalibur, Aura, Seraphim or Ragnarok could kill or severely injure them

Ain't FE duraneg is simply due to the fact that it attacks internals (which is now is just limited durability negation).

Regardless, for now I would assume that downgrades were successful, so Knight is hundred times weaker. Both can kill each other, since Knight has duranegging attacks.
So:
1. Does Celica has anything against Class G TK?
2. Can she cast magic if she can't raise her hands to cast?
3. How easy is to dodge her attacks?

From is profile the knight use their TK to pull ou push back people not pin them

It pierce external durability without problem effectively directly damaging the inside.

So if she project a blade of wind at knight's chest for example that blade will effortlessly slice through bone, flesh and armor alike to saw into their heart and lungs which is not really survivable unless their heart is way more durable than Celica's AP.

Dodging the tractor ray before it's fired, attack the knight while being pushed/pulled to stop them
2. Can she cast magic if she can't raise her hands to cast?
Most spells need a movement of the hand to cast but I don't recall the knight using their LS to prevent someone from using their hands
3. How easy is to dodge her attacks?
Her spell list:
*Fire, the weakest magic in the game, she just shot a fireball from a hand
*Seraphim, she attack with a ball of light which deal bonus damage to monsters
*Thunder, make a lightning bolt fall on the target.
*Aura, shower the enemy under purple light
*Excalibur, cast several blades of wind at the foe
*Ragnarok, which concentrate flames at a location before making them explode
*Ragnarok O, summon flames around the target which explode on contact.
