Tyr has 7 layers of resistance but that's about it. Norse is very hax barren

Eh, not quite? The old scaling was strong cause Ouranos was the weakest Tier 1 dude in the verse, so you had scaling chain starting from beyond the horizon. And since Thanatos was on par and Deimos was < Thanatos, he was basically bottom tier of Low 1-C.
Thanks to Sons of Sparta, Deimos currently just downscales from Ares cause Primordials are top tiers now. And yes it is very stupid to me that he just chilled in a prison and is now a god level dude but well, it is what it is.
