Speed anti-feat and outlier question

If character has a bunch of ftl feats but also bunch of speed anti-feats, like getting tagged by regular bullet

Will all of ftl feat be outlier?

Honestly, it's very much a case-by-case evaluation... The ftl feats do not have a set reliability; the same is true for anti-feats. They may also be considered "gag" or have a valid explanation for the "anti-feats", a perfect example here would be Goku, with his hundreds of anti-feats being classified as "gag" or "not using ki."

Sorry for late reply. But what if it happen because of bad writing or writer doesn't care for power scaling?

That's true for literally all verses, the author is assumed to not know powerscaling, otherwise the verse may even be banned... Also, inconsistent writing when it comes to power scaling is also very common; we just need to find what is the most consistent.
