forgive me if I **** up, I am so ******* sick rn and I'm only doing this because I have done nothing but rot in bed and dissociate for 8 hours
I have an issue with the Low 7-C end of the Gamma Jack calc, in that it states that the intensity dropoff over distance is really severe. This means it's super unlikely that we're going to see vaporization (or "disintegration") at that range, since disintegration is listed as the apex of his abilities to begin with. Considering the wording used, I'd consider the skin burn end totally fine. High 8-C+.
Gamma Jack's power type is also listed as being filling out the bar. So I need to ask, are there any other supporting feats for 7-C? Assume I am utterly unfamiliar with the verse.
EDITING: I also don't think the earthquake feat is very compelling, since it mentions "earthquake-like vibrations". This could easily mean it doesn't have the full range and effect of actual earthquakes. So. I need something here.

I don't have to say much with this calc, and i think it's fair as you said.
But in defense of this calc, it's never stated that the blasts do not have the bare enough power to do that at that range, like the outer blast possesses that bare 0.081 tons of tnt (ig this was the bare minimum to vaporize someone), if you change your mind with this good, if you won't i still think that both ends make sense.
I want to specify that "earthquake-like vibrations" are likely referring to the fact that the earthquakes are artificially made with his hammers.
I say this because it's stated that his "quakes" still pack the same energy of a magnetude 6 quake, so it should scale as a value regardless of interpretation on how you think he can use his powers.
Good, what about the speed calc?

7-C is so vastly above the High 8-C thing that I wouldn't feel comfortable using it without something closer to its ballpark to support it. I'd be fine with using the High 8-C calc though.
I'm really ambivalent on the speed as well. Beyond the gap (he's currently Superhuman), the calc can't really appropriately account for the full distance moved by the laser in one frame, and the laser does not have a consistent speed (in three frames of movement, it ramps up in speed each frame).
