The One Piece planet is currently accepted to be very, very big, so feats that wouldn't come close to planet/large planet level normally do thanks to how big the planet is.
There is currently some contention over whether or not it is that big, but, currently, the planet is accepted to be gigantic.

Or possibly they just really don’t understand obs haki… which I kinda doubt, that was like one of the the main thing Rayleigh focused on, sensing the beasts/presences around the island
Zoro and Luffy are confirmed to feel the presence, it’s implied for Sanji as well, but just that he doesn’t care to focus in on it
Zoro simply asks what’s going on with Luffy as he didn’t respond and is being quiet, with Zoro thinking and analyzing that Luffy plans to do something else (based on the presence that they are sensing)

I could see it happening in the great battle against imu. The weaker troops are stuggling a lot of ppl are injured, Marco falls in in battle protecting someone and like a phoenix he’d rise from the dead signifying his awakneing, ad through that awakening he’s able to heal/alleviate all the troops. Maybe even bring a few back from the dead as like an initial result of his resurrection.
