Deku crushes Mark with a monstrous 3 million times LS advantage that (I think?) he uses in character. Any other key and then Mark no diffs him in both AP and LS.

In the actual scan it references it's directly said Alan is only rel+ in space while usually gets to argue Mach 10 on earth.

They just hold back as to not cause a huge fallout. And it's inconsistent af, like issue 3 has Omniman travel 3000km and back in a split second for example, on earth. The initial guidebook had a lot of random slop and wasnt overly overviewed by the actual head writers, I'd take everything with a grain of salt in it tbh.
