Can this feat be calculated as LS?

So the official translation hasn't come out for this chapter but that shouldn't really matter for this feat. So what happens is the blue haired girl (Woo Cho Long) drags this guy across the ground. So it could definitely be calculated as AP but since this is a "sustained" action of her dragging him across the ground, I'm just wondering if this can be calculated as LS too?
