That's over long period of time

For a dog as small as Fifi, it'd take minutes and we'd have shock much shorter before necrotization of flesh. Fifi doesn't resist venom.

I still find easier to Fifi bite and drain the komodo blood before the Komodo bites Fifi

I guess I'll lean towards the Komodo dragon.
Alongside what Naito mentioned, I think the size difference is also relevant, since a single bite from the Komod just completely traps Fifi, so alongside its superior LS it can just hold Fifi in place until they die from the poison.
