Would like to submit Skarrsinger Karmelita and Nyleth for deletion as well as possibly First Sinner, though that one's probably okay. They're all fairly low quality profiles with barely any scans and what little scans they have are linking to the fan wiki which isn't great (or gotten from the protagonist's profile, which is fine obviously). This is even when it'd be as easy to grab a scan as to timestamp a youtube link of the boss battle. There's poor syntax as well

I've already asked @MysticBrawler to add scans and they just sort of ignored me, I also suggested they show the sandboxes in the verse thread before posting the profiles and they haven't done that either.

Those scans I used literally come from Hornet's profile, so if your saying there's a problem with them then wouldn't that mean there's a problem with Hornet's profile as well?

The issue isn't those scans, it's everything else, chiefly the lack of them.

The profile also has a video link used as reference which shows all of their listed abilities, and the abilities that aren't accounted for in said video have their own links so I don't see what the problem is.
 
Just using Karmelita as an example, you don't have a scan for social influencing, and underground mobility, and you're forcing people who're viewing the page to search through a boss fight they're unfamiliar with for the rest when it would literally take you less than a minute to properly add timestamped scans to each ability. This is unfathomably lazy indexing, less than the bare minimum.

Her Hunter's Journal entry is already used as her page quote so I didn't think adding a scan for it was necessary.

I was thinking it would be better to make a profile for the Skarr enemies and use that as a link for this ability as so far I haven't found a video that shows all the ground based Skarrs using this, but if you can't wait for that then I guess I can make individual links showcasing this.

The fight is literally just around 6 minutes long so I didn't think it would be that big of a deal

I see. You should still add a scan because as far as someone who doesn't know the verse might think, its context might make it bunk, or you might've even made it up (not that you'd really have a reason to, in this case, but it's good practice to add the scans anyways)

It's just kind of unprofessional imo. Hollow Knight already has some bad profiles, least that can be done is put some care into the new ones.
 
For the record we don't need to delete the profiles IMO if Brawler actually fixes them up a bit, they're pretty close to decency they just need more effort

Unprofessional? Isn't it better to just put the bare minimum amount of links necessary to avoid cluttering the profile too much?

Treat anyone reading your profile as if they never have even heard of what a Hollow Knight even is. Don't make people watch a 10 minute scan because you couldn't be bothered to make a 5 second addition to your link after figuring out where it is.
 
The profile doesn't need to be deleted because it doesn't employ best practices in linking evidence. Non-optomized doesn't mean bad. This conversation doesn't need to happen here.

Hmm I understand doing that if a character has a lot of abilities listed, but it just seems a little unnecessary to me to do that if said character has less than 10 abilities in their profile, however if that really is how it should be done then so be it.
