seriously, true mountain level stuff tends to happen higher than what we rate, and if so many wall level looking feats are small building, then mebe we need to reevaluate what these tiers mean, I'm serious when I say the power to actually destroy a skyscraper (the most common large building example), WITHOUT just making it fall at the base, usually always gets in the city-multi cityblock level

Hmm. There seems to be a certain threshold for upscaling that's 1.25x but, from what i've heard there's no hard rule on it and characters, like Gojo and sukuna, have been upscale to large town+ with a 1.4377x difference, so I propose a "High 8-C with Magic" for stolas

Yep. Doesn't seem to be any sort of concrete rule about it (hell, I don't think this is even mentioned on any page, we just kinda roll with it). Depends on how big the gap is portrayed to be here.
