Sorcerer (with Sword) vs Sorcerer (with Hand) - 7-0-0

Following.

Although Nishiki speed amp + Danmaku puts it in Chihiro's favor, there's also the advantage of it being weapon vs h2h.

i'll delve into their abilities and stuff later but going off of stats, just off a glance

chihiro
  • at least 0.0407 tons
  • 0.564 tons with kuro : shred
  • 11.28 tons with nishiki
  • varies with kuro, going up to 22.57 tons
  • up to 33.85 tons with cloaking amplification
  • 4223 tons (LS)

yuji
  • - 58.4 tons, higher with black flash, even higher with max power black flash
  • class 5 LS

yuji has a pretty consistent AP advantage, even at chihiro's highest. cloaking amplification isn't something he can reliably maintain though, so it's suffice to say chihiro will be at a general AP disadvantage here, and that's disregarding yuji being able to amp himself even further with black flash. i think if yuji manages to land a black flash on chihiro he's at best getting severely injured and at worst just dying immediately

on the plus side though, chihiro can amp his speed with both nishiki and cloaking amplification, unlike chihiro. this gives him at bare minimum like a 2x speed amp that lets him be reliably faster. he also has a pretty sizable LS advantage (class M vs. class 5), which will be helpful to compensate for yuji's AP advantage

chihiro should consistently have more ranged options (yuji can technically match his range by just throwing projectiles really hard but chihiro can just fire off kuros from tens of meter without issue), but even assuming yuji has his wire here the LS gap means he's not gonna be able to use it to restrain chihiro at all. both should have pretty similar levels of endurance and both have SW so i don't think either one is outlasting the other in a prolonged battle of attrition

just at a glance i think chihiro having a consistent speed advantage + having more reliable ranged options + danmaku makes me lean slightly towards him but i'll go through their abilities and whatnot later

To be fair in this case, at the time when he used it against Sojo, he was basically already running on fumes with heavy injuries already so in a case where he's starting fresh he should definitely be able to maintain that for longer going over the regular Nishki limits

The AP gap between Chihiro using that though isn't vast enough to where him using cutting attacks won't matter and they will still be relevant here but otherwise yeah I'd say that even without the further amplification Chihiro's speed advantage does a lot for him here and should help him overcome the gap enough to land a decisive blow before Yuji has the chance to do so

Was looking and couldn't seem to find where yuji gets his ap from but whatever, but that's a huge advantage...goodluck tagging chihiro though, he can react and counter Sojo moving more than twice as fast as him and with Nishiki he gets physically morethan twice as fast himself and can get up to 6x faster than base with cloaking amplification, with an at the very worst 12 second limit. which is plenty time. With Chihiro's speed and evasive skill landing decisive hits on Yuji won't be a problem, also considering is not at the level of being able to stonewall Chihiro here. Though i'll hold my vote a bit

as far as abilities go, both have superhuman physicality, both are incredibly acrobatic, both have supernatural willpower, both have things like enhanced senses and extrasensory perception, both have info analysis and analytical prediction, and both can grow stronger in the heat of battle

they match each other in a lot of ways, but i think chihiro just has more that's useful to him here. kuro and kuro : shred give chihiro the general edge in range, and nishiki provides what's essentially a constant speed amp, meaning yuji will essentially be forced to play catchup with an opponent who's faster than him and can fire attacks at him from all different angles. given chihiro's own intelligence, if he sees yuji's physically stronger than him i'd imagine he'd resort to playing hit-and-run, spamming ranged attacks to whittle yuji down, and he can do that while also reliably avoiding getting tagged thanks to nishiki. yuji can't really rely on beating out chihiro in a war of attrition, both because of their similar endurances and the fact that he'll constantly be getting hit by attacks from all over the place while being unable to consistently tag his opponent. even if yuji does manage to get his hands on chihiro, he can more than likely wrangle his way out of a physical confrontation to avoid taking lethal damage thanks to his pretty sizable LS advantage. funnily enough i do think given the setting stealth could also be helpful here (although given yuji's own enhanced senses and extrasensory perception i'm not sure how well chihiro would be able to rely on that, it doesn't change the outcome much regardless though)

i still stand by the fact that yuji getting a single hit in is going to be pretty bad for chihiro, but i think chihiro could probably tank a few ordinary punches from yuji and keep fighting and would basically only be in lethal territory if he manages to land a black flash. the issue is though, again, chihiro's consistent speed advantage means that he's more than likely never getting the opportunity to land that hit, especially when chihiro is constantly pelting kuros at him from a distance to slowly whittle him down. he also can't reliably win out a war of attrition for aforementioned reasons either, so it's basically yuji having to hope that he can catch chihiro off guard to get a good hit in, which i just don't see happening that often because of the speed gap

with that all said and done, i'll cast a vote for chihiro, just think he has an easier time here imo

I feel like some of these matches would be interesting if they allowed Sukuna to come out. Frankly I'm unsure why it's not listed in some capacity on his profile (I think it used to be) since it's essentially a transformation.

15 Finger Sukuna vs Chihiro? 😭
I guess Yura could compete in that aspect

Is this a vote?

I meant more like 3 fingers, or whatever Yuji had before being fed fingers by Geto's daughters and Jogo.
Yuji had 4 before the twins and 5 before Jogo fed him the 10 that awakened 15F Sukuna iirc

There is no key for 4F Sukuna unless rated as a stronger 3F version who's already far stronger than Yuji that stat gaps Chihiro

Tbf, the first key could be used which was when he had 3f Sukuna in him. I'm not saying it has to be done, but I'm saying it's a shame no one makes matches where Sukuna is allowed to come out to turn the tide of a fight and make the argument more fun.

Does the first key still scale to 58.4 tons?
I've been seeing revisions maybe if they get close enough in stats that is a match that can be made against Chihiro
