In light of a soon-to-be applied upgrade for High 8-C MK from baseline to 3.92 tons of TNT, would any participants with 8-C submissions please re-check them to ensure they still are within the non-one shot range?

My Sunjae Submission is still good though the gap is now 4.9x. Though with the gap becoming bigger, would it be possible to replace the candidate (he was originally a backup) with my first suggestion (Ha Dowan)? Or is the Hax still too much?

Can I use him?
If it's not a joke, you're higher than a kite if you think I'd have Arkhan in even if you made it so he couldn't cast magic at all cause his ******' sword is instant death hax: the weapon. He's also very immortal, pretty solidly skilled, and anyone without either Longevity or Immortality type 1 can't even fight him without looking older than Shang Tsung.

Small question: I've seen another character in the tournament having this ability, although tied to a piece of equipment (within my knowledge). Would that mean they don't have access to that specific equipment and other things being allowed? I apologise if this question was already answered in the thread. I didn't find any note regarding equipment in the original post.
