Comi. Mate. Second Timeline Shao and Hax do not go in the same sentence.
Also Goro needs a wincon, there's nothing stopping Tricky from just shooting him a bunch or anything else because Tricky is hella survivable. I don't think he has one.

Well not having guns, plus generally never really using guns would stop him from doing it, and the few times he does have guns he fking blows at hitting anything with them.
Could do second key sheriff though....

Someone needs to already be dead for him to soulhax them. The rest is basically just projectiles.
That'd work. But yeah I consider Tricky too much of a survivable skill monster to use here.
Tricky had his head carved up and just didn't care, I think fire's pretty worthless

He can ignore the durability of vampires, zombies and anyone who's weak to sunlight, and Hamon's Vibration Manipulation also allows one to hit bypass and hit targets behind armor and objects. With that said, since Goro doesn't have any weakness to sunlight he should be fine.
Hamon can also stop a human's heart if they can't withstand it, though I don't think any of the Hamon users has ever done this willingly or even accidentally so I'm not sure if this will be relevant in a match.
