Rose has much better AP though, so its not like Lisa Lisa can just go to her like its nothing

But Lisa Lisa can make her paralyze or mind control her (which imo is very impressive that she doesn't resist) into not fighting by using hamon, afaik
She has ranged options too though so its not strictly close combat
Which she needs to touch her with first hand, also the mind control is something akin to making your body move limbs or body parts in a certain direction against their will, its not like the mind control you may know
A difference of 4.055 times is quite a gap though, its not a low one
Both of them could get ranged moves and counters but this'll go, little by little, into cqc, which both specialize more, and then what i spoke below's happening.

So. I think i might vote Rose here. Rose can literally read minds and sense energy which is a big counter to Hamon and physical combat in general. In exchange, Rose is 3x stronger than Lisa (Reasonably High difference) with Class M LS while Lisa's is Unknown, which now means she can do this;
To make it even harder for Lisa to damage her and make her more vulnerable if she couldn't before, she can mess with her senses;
Nvm. Rose is downright 4x stronger. Lisa is getting clobbered and LS stomped
Rose has Mind Reading, Precognition and Teleporation. She'll be fine. Proceeds to continue her ass whopping
How much range does she have on that teleportation?
As much as in the context of a fighting game battle, dont think she had any cutscene to show more range
Oh well then she's gonna need to really spam that hard to get close enough to fight Lisa Lisa in the first place, otherwise this becomes a Hamon sniping fest.
