Fuc.k.ass JJK edits left me hearing Juda juda ah ahs in my head nonstop.
I'm just a holy fool, oh, baby, it's so cruel
But I'm still in love with Judas, baby
I'm just a holy fool, oh, baby, it's so cruel
But I'm still in love with Judas, baby
Oh-whoa, I'm in love with Judas, Judas
Oh-whoa, I'm in love with Judas, Judas
Judas, Juda-ah-ah, Judas, Juda-ah-ah
Judas, Juda-ah-ah, Judas, Gaga
Helps that the song itself is stupidly catchy.
Unrelated, and not an unpopular opinion just wanted to share it, but finally got to play Bloodborne, my first souls-like game and Fromsoftware and all. Holy shit, the thing is hard. I mean, I was aware of the reputation this kind of games have and I was expecting to die a lot, but the lack of checkpoints did take me by surprise and the fact when enemies combo you damage seems to multiply instead of adding up so if you get careless of have bad luck getting cornered or surrounded can get you killed.
A funny bit was when I was exploring a bridge precisely looking for a checkpoint after advancing quite a bit and le wild boss drops out of nowhere (like, literally, the monster thing fell from above right in front of me) and I can't run because of the barrier. I managed to hold my own, but got defeated in the end.
The game is a freaking blast though, and gothic horror, victorian setting and eventually cosmic horror are right up my alley. And fortunately, despite the initially overwhelming amount of info and gameplay features, there is a help function explaining what's what so after a while I could more or less get an idea of where to take my character.
EDIT: Ah, yes, I did have the jumpscare with the boss, with the ominous music and with the life bar, just as the meme goes, lol. Though my reaction was more akin to "F***, I'm f****d..."
