Atm I'm voting Steve here via home field advantage and slightly better showings as a fighter, while yes Billy did ragdoll him about Steve was able to outfight a soviet soldier and use his enviroment to his advantage. David could pull out a win via his higher LS but Steve has dealt with life or death situations in the past
 
This is actually so cool, I never thought we'd be putting Steve Harrington into a versus matchup. The same goes for David, I haven't heard that name in years.
