It just that it's not some anti space cutting weapon so if she can deflect something that can cut space she prob can deflect something that just "cut thing like butter"

You can clash with enemy regardless of speed if enemy targets you

That's basically gameplay mechanic so I doubt it is used

From newer staff there also character than can clash with others despite having slower speed

I'm not that familiar with canto 9 (chapter where she in) so can't say for dialogue

But in gameplay doesn't seem like that (she fought faster character in cutscene but it wasn't really blitz)
