yeah, considering humans don't go to hell in csm, i'm pretty sure "death" is supposed to be the end of your individual conscious existence, where you're basically just in a state of non existing. i think the 4 other fates would be an afterlife, reincarnation, ascendance, becoming a spirit or something similar.

She can do this at will. She says "If I use my power, [Yoru]'ll die instantly." and Yoru uses hostages because she thinks "[Death's] power is unfair." But also Death Devil dying will activate her powers too, killing everyone around her. The awakening is just the moment when fear of death reaches its maximum and causes her to uncontrollably make all of humanity perish.

I don't believe so. In the profile notes it states why they are separated in the first place:should the chainsaw devil profile be merged with denji's profile again
However, considering that Denji-Man is Denji's mind in control of Pochita's body, he would simply get his own key, as that is effectively Denji and not Pochita.

Usually when people say this, they either mean unresolved threads / unanswered questions, or the nature of Pochita's erasure.
The former is things like Kobeni's devil contract, who defeated the Gun, the events that led to Pochita meeting Denji, what Kishibe was busy with, whether Quanxi succeeded in getting her lovers' bodies back, what Nail and Katana's fates were. Most can be answered by "they were never going to be answered because they do not matter for the story" or "the entire world ended in 230."
The latter is a perceived gap between how Pochita's erasure functions prior and in 231/232. But the fact is the very first description of Pochita's erasure claimed he erased concepts from the past, the present, and from memory. So Pochita's erasure was never retconned, but I guess you could argue it's inconsistent? I think it's just a matter of the concept's nature though.

Regarding these questions though, it is a very good setup for a mini sequel or at the very least a prequel. Not necessarily Part 3, I do not believe that is necessary given the world we were left with. A simple sequel with a focused plot could explain things like these which were disregarded because they were not integral to the main story.
It could explore Pochita in his prime and his fights against devils with powerful names as Makima mentioned, along with the various concepts he consumed such as conclusions other than death and light from certain stars. It could also tie into a smaller storyline showing what Kishibe was doing and possibly include an encounter with Reze to explain where she was for most of Part 2.
None of these are essential, but a short story with around 60 to 80 chapters focused on lore and explanations would be very enjoyable. I hope Fujimoto takes the opportunity to explore concepts he could not fully develop in Part 2 due to the direction of the story. One interesting idea is the Devil Devil, which he mentioned in an interview as a possible future concept. So it is definitely possible that a sequel like the one I am imagining could happen.

See I was considering reincarnation as one of the fates but I feel like that was too...simple? It would be odd to think even the idea of reincarnation didn't exist in the CSM verse...after all plenty of religions believe in it...such as the Hindus and Buddhists
Ascendance as in what? You claimed an afterlife/heaven as seperate...then would ascendance be like becoming one with nature/the universe?
