So what exactly are we giving Pochita? Or will his self cannibalism kinda just be tied in with erasure? Should the very least have fate hax

You left out the part where Yuji's still a weapon for the next 3 centuries
 
That was the most meh ending ever
Like the ending itself is tolerable but he rushed to it way too fast imo
But it seems like Denji vaguely remembers Pochita and that Pochita was never the chainsaw devil so I can see a part 3 happening at least

unanswered question, hardly can even see if there could be any reason for Death Devil purposefully putting them close so Yoru posseses Asa (as to anyones eyes inside the verse, Asa would be a nobody at that moment), seeing how she made a lot of things in Part 2 happen with all her plans with Fire Devil and allat

probably death devil could had wanted Yoru to possess a human (any human, Asa being a coincidence) to start empowering her with humanity´s fear later, as her nightjar bird vessel wasn´t fitting for eventually ´´fighting death devil alongside chainsawman/with chainsawman as a weapon when nostradamus prophecy happen´´ as thats was Death Devils plan (with many failed attempts to control Yoru like when the actual Justice Devil ate her or trying to make Asa/yoru Turn chainsawman into a weapon, and more)

EDIT: if you are asking this based on Chapter 232 Timeline, as Yoru would never be weakened by Chainsaw Man eating parts of her, and how the WW2 and Nuclear Weapons Devils should still exists, she would be too strong to ever be in a situation where she needs to find a vessel, even if she died she should reincarnate into a new human like it happened with Makima to Nayuta, Pochita eating her seems to be a very specific situation that lead to her needing a vessel

theres still the timeline gap of how Yorus should had logically possesed the nightjar bird soon after fighting Chainsaw Man, which should had been when Pochita met Kid Denji, she seemingly keeping that vessel for years until year 1998 she posseses Asa with a now 17 year old denji

she was willing to be turned into a weapon by Yoru (and include Pochita and Fami too) for the condition of Yoru going to hell and spending the rest of her life there (Chapter 215)

if she remembered events of part 2, then realistically, with how things went, she may just wait up until some time before july 1999 to then tell yoru to Weaponize her, thing is that Yoru, in earth, with Death devil herself as a weapon may be unbeatable, prob having death manipulation, and Yoru wont agree to stay in hell just to get the strongest weapon

(if you think about it, couldnt Lil´d make eternity devil one of her pawns, and tell him to trap her for all eternity (as a desperate solution)? whatever that would happen with her powers being unleashed may not surpass the infinity of Eternity devil place, not reaching the outside)
 
Do you remember that clip from The Simpsons where Marge says "It’s an ending, and that’s that"? Well, I think that’s how I feel about the ending. Even so, I enjoyed it, and I think it’s fine for what I expected.

I highly doubt Power doesn't know about Denji's heart condition by now tbh.

Still, it wouldn't make any sense for Pochita to still be his heart. I'm pretty sure it was just a way of symbolizing that the name “Chainsaw Man” still resonates with Denji.
 
Fujimoto couldn't even do a ONE/Murata and give us some good scaling

CSM feats are genuinely so ass

Verse caps at like 7-A...maybe 6-C at most with upscale ( since Denjiman and Nuke Yoru should be above Aging )


I mean I guess there falling gravity invertion and yoru michigan sword but those are hax feats no? I think...
 
Verse gets to bare minimum 5-B what are you on lmao. DD darkness across all of Hell, FD gravity, Pochita erased a ******* star are we not reading the same thing? And there's actual speed feats: Yoru's spear, Makima's bang, GD traveling across the world, Pochita's throw. If its god tier to god tier its a wash for like five other mangas in the recent era. UU oddly negs all

this verse always has people like Makima...cheer up
yoru is not bad he has some good hax a good AP for the tier he sits in unfortunately there was not a feat at crazy levels except the environmental destruction feat...but at least there is an excellent speed for the characters
This verse suffered from the fact that Fujimoto apparently no longer had the desire to go too far with the story so he ended it extremely quickly but it's better this way than finding yourself with a manga that's too long or made reluctantly but only for the money
