Has there ever been a case that a calculated feat reached universal?

I was looking at the ap chart and i've noticed that the bare minimum for a feat to reach universal is 2.825 QuettaexaFoe of tnt, so by this logic any feat that reaches this much ap it's universal.

So pretty much my question is, has there EVER a calculated feat reach universal in this wiki?

Ok makes sense for Asura's Wrat to reach that type of scaling, the closest thing i've personally seen was the infinity ultron calc where he grows larger than a galaxy
