I believe the entire point was that Pochita was Denji's issue. But now he can finally live his life in the new world Pochita promised him.
A bonus is that Pochita is still alive as Denji's heart. Not sure how though.

Yeah, but pretty much everyone was happier without him. Nayuta also did her job properly as head of devil hunters wich also seems to have made the world itself a lot better. Nostradamus also was a bum in this reality because Pochita not existing made his prophecy doo doo crap
