Downgrade from low-mid tiers to below wall-small building level. Special grade curses can be inferior to cluster bombs.

Cluster bombs=wall-small building level.

Downgrade general ranks from high tiers to below superhuman level; they don't have 0.01-second perception (that's only superhuman), and we know that perception speed > reaction/combat speed.

"Pixel scaling calculations"

Inconsistent calculations with the constraints; the authors don't draw using a ruler, so the dimensions of things are always undefined and change drastically. Furthermore, statements (author's intention) > visual exaggerations/rule of cool (unintentional).

With this, generally the low tiers are street, and the mid tiers are wall-small building. And the high tiers have peak human and perhaps superhuman speed.
Except for Gojo, Sukuna, Naoya, and Naobito, the overall speed will be downgraded to peak human-superhuman maximum speed.

first of all, the scan doesn't even say cluster bombs WILL work, just that they "might work". Second off, the premise of "statements=authors intentions and therefore>visuals" fails because visual are also apart of the authors intention.

It's already a possibility.

And this idea of visual representation in the narrative is flawed; it's like me saying that character X is 2 meters tall because in the scene shown he appears to be that height (pixel scaling), even though that same character already has an officially stated height. And this happens with many fictional characters.

(Statements > visual flaws/exaggerations)

you are presupposing that the visuals HAVE to be flawed or exaggerated

He's not presupposing it. He's arguing the pixel calcs demonstrate inconsistencies, which is true, and adding the fact the authors aren't measuring every destructive feat or explosion. This creates a flawed/exaggerated depiction of what we're actually supposed to take away from the feat. Don't fully agree in every case, but with the cluster bomb statement and the rest it makes sense.

This doesn't really matter though, the cluster bomb statement is about special grades in general, with more context though, we know the Jujutsu Society's knowledge and views on special grades is incorrect. Mahito makes this clear and Sukuna outright says there's a gap between special grades like himself and fb. The fanbook also says their combat capabilities are broad. I'd take it to mean on the very low end, special grades might die to cluster bombs. And there's also the potential that this is a case of retconning as the series was nearing an axe during this period, Gege Akutami hadn't thought much in depth of the strength he wanted to convey for sorcerers or curses.

btw this wouldn't even apply to special grade sorcerers who scale way above Special Grade cursed spirits

I know that the cluster bomb doesn't apply to special grades, I've never denied that. But regarding peak human/superhuman speed, yes, special grades like Yuta, Yuki (except Gojo) and most (except the four mentioned and of course the module) are easily subject to peak human/superhuman speed.

I don't think that the 0.01 second was their perception, it said LESS than 0.01 seconds, its unquantifiable how fast it actually was

Is this a Fun & Games thread accidentally placed in the Content Revision category, or is a real content revision thread? I genuinely can't tell, and I also would like to know.
