Relativistic Marvel will have to wait, I'm more concerned with establishing some low-mid-tier speed feats outside of just upscaling street tiers. We'll see which calcs are accepted as most consistent, but I'm gunning for up to Sub-Relativistic+.

It would be a huge inconsistency for the Avengers team to scale up to relativistic levels

It could be for characters like Captain America, Spider man or black panther but many of the others is much more consistent than hypersonic.

Well Thor is consistent proven to be faster than light and Hulk despite some argument, gets faster than angrier he gets and can consistently tag fast characters. He also has his own speed feats. Individually, they should scale to Rel speed level. Spider-Man and Street tier speed shouldn't stop cosmic characters high speed just because Spiderman or other street tier reacted or statue them.
