But aren't there light speed reaction feats for Spiderman listed in the OP as accepted?
If you want it can only be combat speed with Hypersonic movement speed, but it's still a flat-out statement of being only slightly below light speed.

Gathering specific instances of Carol, Tony, Mar-vell, and others reacting to their flight speed since that'll be good to include on the profiles.

Carol barely touches the ground, flying is basically her normal speed more even that running.
On her profile there is a scan of her taking a Hulk like Skrull to space while the Skull is punching her, that should prove reaction.

She is dodging attacks while flying with a specific statement that she was pushing her speed.
Dodging while flying from Doomsday Man
Fighting Tiger Shark in which while she was flying states Tiger Shark has lightning reactions
Punching Magnum while flying in which she states she is at high speed

While I was making the Kree page I did found something about Mar-Vell.
Mar-Vell flying in space while dodging attacks from Super Skrull who was after him
I have a huge list of scans saved on my PC finding the specific ones is hard, I can probably find more if given more time.

Luckily, Iron Man and (not MFTL+) Captain Marvel have similar level feats, so there's some sort of consistency regardless.

Being "limited to their own feats" is not realistic, and if this new thread to upgrade speed happens it has multiple calcs to support whatever end is used.
