It's mostly a last resort sort of thing he uses, so shouldn't be that big of an issue unless Vega catches him alive in a situation where he decides he can't win and needs to take Vega down with him.
I was actually about to put this on ur wall, but the fact you immediately showed up in like 30 seconds is kinda crazy tbh (gotta respect the dedication)
Alright, I mainly intended at first for Vega to abuse his prior knowledge so he could potentially prevent hank from getting it off, that way he could actually have a chance to win and not just get incon'd
Hank does have an LS advantage and the bomb isn't visually on Hank anywhere beyond the detonator he keeps on himself, so it'd definitely be difficult to keep Hank from trying to use it if he decides to.
I mean, in this environment, I could see him stealthing hank if he gets past the sheriff tracker by maybe destroying it mid-fight or something

Hank extraordinarily often times doesn't turn around and still retaliates against opponents anyways, he's a tough guy to take by surprise. Only times we've seen him get taken off guard from behind and not just turning his arms around to attack behind him is when he was distracted attempting to kill sheriff.
Suicidal, but not enough to kill himself immediately.
So basically, stealth comes down to how good vega is at stealthing people on hanks lvl
