So, in Girls Of Gaming Volume 2, Rayne - like the actual character - gives an interview where she confirms she is undead. Here is a better picture:

Specifically:
  • Yeah, I'm still trying to forge that man-image of you...Do you date mortals or keep things on a strictly undead basis?
  • Hey, its their airbrush. Actually, I prefer mortals. The undead aren't usually very good conversationalist.

So yeah, Rayne has Immortality Type 7, and yes this also add her weakness that she does need blood so : "Dependant on Blood"

Seems to confirm vampires are undead, not certain about her since she's only half vampire though...

I think its pretty clear she is Undead, especially when the interviewer goes "Do you [you being Rayne] date mortals or keep things on a strictly undead basis?" Making clear she isn't mortal and is undead.

I suppose. Are we treating the interviewer as a reliable source though? The statement doesn't come from her after all.
