Oh, you should add that the murder drones have also shown resistance to the time stop, probably because they also have the solver in them

All looks good except I'm unsure about time stop.
Well, the main reason why i think it's should be time stop it's because in the beginning, we can see how objects still moved around but very slow, however.
In the last scene we can see differences where objects just stopped moving completely this is supporting by the fact that we have a context of time dilation in verse , which again , causes an object to appear to slow down and then eventually freeze as it approaches the event horizon of a black hole from perspective of observation
So I hope it should help. 🙏

To be time stop rather than slow you typically need a statement that it's time stop.

Not in a situation where all the snowflakes have stopped, and everything has turned black and white because the light has also stopped In fact, if Cyn did that, it was precisely so that the light would stop hitting her core, because at that moment, as a reminder, Uzi took Cyn's core and exposed it to the sunlight to kill her, so Cyn stopped time so that the light would stop. (even if realistically everything should be black, but they still thought of an effect on the light). Moreover, in vsbw it is already considered that the characters have the ability to manipulate time; here we are just discussing how this manipulation works.

Anyway, looks like other abilities got approved except time stop , so I'll add other abilities later on but I will wait some other staff if they will be agreed on everything else.

It does looks like time was stopped. Could someone fill me in with the context of that scene.
Basically, Uzi managed to pierce Cyn’s chest and steal her Core, which is vital for a Solver Administrator. Uzi then uses the sunlight to try to burn the Core and hopefully kill Cyn. However, unexpectedly, everything suddenly turns black and white. The particles stop moving, and the sunlight that was burning Cyn’s Core also freezes in place. The only ones who can still move are the characters who possess the Solver: Uzi, Cyn, V, and N.

By the way, congratulations on your promotion!

Sorry for being late-
Anyway, core/heart of the character named Cyn was completely burned out through light and after the total collapse of her core, it formed a black hole which slowed down time at the beginning, however, in the last scene, we can clearly see that particles was completed stopped and didn't move at all.
