Just changed it, Wesker has some regeneration and functioned inside legitimate volcanic magma after being shot full of RPGs. I mean Cassie Cage survived a punch from Corrupted Shinnok and that was before she activated her green abilities, so his AP can be suspect in this fight

That's making me vote Wesker too tbh, some will point out that Wesker has an ego too but one must remember that its mostly due to his hate of Chris and against foes on his level like Alexa he took the situation more seriously in the past and Shinnok's looks will likely lead Wesker to that mindset.

So... first of all, Wesker is definitely more skilled than Shao, but part of Wesker's problem is just taking hits and fights he shouldn't. In Shao's case--

And I just realized this is Uroboros. So... this key of Wesker is a static fighter. He doesn't dodge. And Shao is IIRC 6.6 Tons, which is 1.5x AP advantage. Which means it's down to LS and survivability, which Shao takes the first handily and the second is debatable.

So yeah Shao wins, if this was base Mutated Wesker he'd win.
