Anyways Wesker's regen seems pretty good how fast is it and also does Neon have a way around it

Yeah ? It's 2 different fights In RE5, also if I didn't Wesker wouldn't be nearly as fast

Wesker's high-mid regen is overtime (no time is specified), decapitation is a good way around it although it might take a few tries before Wesker's regen is too taxed to function optimally. Spamming rockets at him would also do the trick of taxing Wesker's stamina

White can either discard a Godspeed or Fireball to blitz or rocket jump away to make space. Wesker either shoots first or goes for a blitz, neither way works considering White's higher perception and Attack Reflection.
