GRACE [7-0-0] Literally better call Saul - Higuruma vs MCU's She-Hulk

Someone has attempted this before, but i'd like to try changing things around to see this going to fruition and give the middle finger to misogynistic jokes if they come

Higuruma and Jennifer meet on different sides of court in the case of Mr. Sansweet

In circa 1950, Oliver Sansweet tries to jump from the top of a building and before he could, Mr. Incredible jumped from the building and saved him mid-air, but when they landed in the other building, Mr. Incredible has unfortunately hurt his neck, not by his will.

The US government secretly pays Hiromi Higuruma to defend Mr. Incredible, and Jennifer represents Mr. Sansweet's defense

• Both have plain access to evidences and etc
• Both have 1 week to prepare
• Jennifer and Higuruma have plain knowledge of 1950's US Penal Code
• Court case outside Deadly Sentencing

Considering they are given the same amount of knowledge on 1950s US penal code I feel like Higuruma would probably be able to find out more information on the case

Not that it really matters because preventing someone from taking their life, even if it causes harm, is generally not illegal even in 1947 (when this specific incident occurs)

Courts generally upheld that preventing a suicide (for what was considered criminal act at the time) was justified as requiring necessary, non-lethal force.

I think Higuruma would win this, I also think he's just a better lawyer from what I've seen, and I have slogged through all of she-hulk

Also at that time superheros were run by the NSA (National Supers Agency) which is a government controlled agency making him more similar to a police officer than a normal civilian, Mr. Incredible would likely be forced to save someone in the same way a police officer is forced to save someone's life even If they don't want to be saved
