Peering into stat values, pennywise looks to be infinite layers into High 1-A based on his stat value while high 1-A+ just starts at one layer

The most extreme example of this is when Richie was able to harm Pennywise with sneezing power, while doing an Irish cop voice, by simply believing that it can hurt IT. High 1-A+ is a different ballgame. It's its own tier without being it's own tier. This is like throwing a baseline 1-A at a baseline High 1-A.

To quickly explain: Possibly is basically something that could be the case but isn't 100% certain, by standard battle assumptions we assume the strongest versions. Likely/Possibly stuff can be restricted, due to the fact that they aren't definite, but if the OP doesn't specifically do so...
