It does have different properties though. In EIS magic is used as mass of energy. But in World Break it's used as to convert magic to elemental state.


Edit: Anyway I will continue to say this. It falls under NLF. So burden of proof is on you. Because you are claiming he can do it. Then show the feat.

Based on both's standard tactics they'll likely engage in h2h in which Cid absolutely stomp.

Idk how often that dude uses AoE oneshot stuff but based on his Standard Tactic section he uses them against big ass opponent, so I'm not sure it's a realiable wincon here. Even because Cid has his own AoE one shot thing too.

Yeah, this is pretty bad match up. Since there's no supporter from Moroha side exist now here. So, all the h2h feats of his, no one actually knows unless they read it recently. And fact that it is pretty outdated with covering only 6 or 7 vols of 22 vols
