Nah, the feat specifies the population of Nevada. I can't use the 1000 Retainers who reside outside of Nevada, since they wouldn't be accounted for.

I mean, I’m sure the guy qualifies to some extent.
You don’t release a zombie horde on innocents (and make sure they kill as many as physically possible) for more or less no reason and end up on any hero wiki.
Hank or Phobos kinda fits better though. Jebediah at least has the fact he was killing Phobos for the “betterment” of Nevada, even if he let his personal hubris get in the way.

Okay but he will have to go through this process:
-be sure that he is pragmatic with all of his relationships (aka, they are not genuine relationships)
-get him out of the heroes wiki.
-all of his heroic actions have to be 100% self-serving so none of them count has heroic.

The whole thing about Jeb that just used "Phobos being evil" as loosely tied excuse to justify genociding innocent people, since he himself EXPLICITLY (confirmed by Krinkels himself) chose to unleash Zeds and try to deliberately have all innocents killed just to spite Phobos after he bruised Jeb's ego by firing him from his job. And generally, he only pretends to be heroic to paint himself as a savior and feed his ego as well as seize more power (mf literally proclaims Nexus City as "my city" towards Doc following this genocide)
Phobos is already on the wiki, btw. Hank maybe will be too later

The only mfs that don’t deserve to be on the villain/pure evil wiki is Sanford, Deimos, The Auditor; and the Erna Mode Protagonist. Literally everyone else are some variation of evil.

The Auditor is more like an anti-villain, kind of like MCU Thanos. He's more morally gray, there to restore order, but he still does bad or villainous things though

he’s not even a hero or villain. He’s just death. A “being” who moves your soul from one place to another. If I recall he wasn’t even present in project nexus when the auditor approached Christoff at the end of the game.
His morality is like. None? The guy does his job and doesn’t do much else.

It’s funny, even if you perceive him as doing evil actions those evil actions are against JEBEDIAH CHRISTOFF and HANK J. WIMBLETON, and The Auditor’s actions start to look a little more sensible, borderlining on reasonable.

Feats from Project Nexus Classic:
Hank blows up this giant wall with a rocket launcher (High 9-A to 8-C probably) - Wouldn't scale to physicals anyways
Zeds (Other enemies such as Abominations and Sleepwalkers) can bend thick steel doors with their punches (High 9-C to maybe 9-B)
The Halo powers all of Project Nexus (I don't think this has any way to conceivably calculate. Theoretically into tier 7)
That's everything feat wise. Mostly just haxes in that game.

Actually there might be a way to calculate the halo feat. You'd just need to calculate the size of the science tower, and assume the electricity is comparable to a real life building per square feet.
