I don't think you realize: Anyone I could give either stomps or gets stomped. Saiki is one of those characters because of how much his PnA has been jacked off to high hell

I thought it was Game Silver, not Archie Silver. So I was confused when people were saying his PK only works via hand gestures since he can do it via thoughts too. He just typically uses his hands. I'm not sure if IDW is like that too.
