Goku wouldnt instantly use his strongest forms just to one shot his opps for a fair fight as he done the same againsf Zamasu, Goku Black, Toppo, and Frieza (he even let frieza transform mid fight)

Okay so heads up, I'm not knowledgeable on DB besides very surface level stuff (read the first 100ish chapters) and what I read on the profile but here's some stuff I think matter.
Mori here is now 5.14 zettafoe meaning Goku needs kaioken x20 just to match him and and SSJ makes him about 2.6x stronger, something that Mori can cover with his martial art multiplier (3x). So Goku amping to 3C isn't really a problem from an AP standpoint, the issue is him becoming 50x faster than Mori.
Unless Goku starts with a combination of SSJ and some dura neg ability that I missed in the profile Mori should be able to catch up to his speed thanks to his AD relatively fast and his armorsuit should let him shrug off any blows to a reasonable extent until then. This can even be sped up with Mori uses speed mode.
And judging purely off of Gokus profile, this key of his should be MUCH less skilled than this Mori key. Frankly none of the stuff in his profile seems to be even close to ragnarok Mori who this key dwarfs in skill. Not to mention the fact this Mori has achieved recoiless on most of his moves which stops Goku from copying them while giving Mori a solid one shot wincon if he were to land a direct blow.
So from a surface level analysis I'm leaning heavily towards Mori here. If I missed or misunderstood anything about Gokus side of things feel free to let me know because there's definitely a chance of that happening

Yeah i pretty much agree,it doesn't help that Mori was in his most serious state while he was Dan so he will probably try to finish the fight quickly while goku always tries to enjoy the fight and never goes for a instant win (also the fear hax would be a pain in the but to deal with)

What are Mori skill feats? You know Goku is beyond any Z fighters and said Z fighters surpass all forms of martial arts

A good summary is already in Mori's combat intelligence section. I can expand on anything if necessary but that should be more than enough for now.
What does that mean? Because I'd argue that for chapter 1 Mori who's like a braindead toddler compared to this Mori

In real life, the highest degree of Senpo martial art skill is 10 right? While in Dragon Ball, there's 30 levels of senpo degree. And Gohan is beyond all that. Goku upscales fron this as he's stated to be the greatest martial arts in history while still being teenager

This means little to nothing here. This doesn't tell us anything about his moveset, precision, analytical skills, intelligence, or any other relevant aspect of a characters skill. Just that he's vaguely above irl martial artists which I don't think anyone would doubt.
It might be a good argument against a character with an irl realistic level of martial art skill or maybe slightly above that but we're talking about characters so incomprehensibly above what regular martial arts can do that this isn't even enough to let Goku toss around with like, part 2 Mori. Let alone mid part 6 Mori.

Just joking here are some Mori skill feats
In season two Mori fought Ilpyo who had studied Mori's martial art (renewal taekwondo) for all of his life to the point he knew it better than mori himself,during their match,Ilpyo utilized the weakness of renewal taekwondo against Mori and dominated him for the first half of the match until Mori overcame his weakness by copying the martial arts of others such as mira's bare handed swordsmanship and Daewi's dirty boxing (both of which he had only seen 1 time a month ago ),after overcoming his weakness he countered Ilpyo's martial art by exploting its weakeness Mori had just learned during the match
In season 2 Mori created the "kick of the blue dragon" a copy of Daewi's ultimate arts "wave of the blue dragon" (which Mori had only seen once or twice before during his match against Daewi) a technique so complex that it needs three individual set up techniques to use,the wave of the blue dragon works by manipulating the flow of the air which is gatered and controled by the first three set up moves yet Mori could shorten it up to a single technique without set up and multiplied the amount of air controled by two times creating the ķick of the double dragon,this feat of air control was so great that Daewi,a supernatural powers user,confused it with a supernatural power

At the start of Re: A battle against the gods arc (erlier point of the same arc this key is on) mori encountered Dean,a supergenius with enought talent to copy any technique he saw even if it was only once,combining his talent with his precog ability he could copy any technique even before his oponent used it.Dean's martial art was the same as Mori because he copied it after seing Mori fight,yet it took him 3 million kicks combined with his precog to learn a single imcomplete recoiless kick
During Mori and Dean's battle at the finals,mori achived a new stage of martial arts called "recoiless martial arts" the absolute highest point any martial art can achieve.It's the point where unecessary energy loss reaches zero and any technique becomes as efficient as possible allowing one to attack at 100% power even without a proper position or stance,this level of martial arts is so refined that even Dean who had copied a imcomplete recoiless kick stated he couldn't copy Mori's recoiless renewal taekwondo at all

Actually it does. Look at the feats/skill demonstrated by the current top martial arts in the world (the one with 10 degrees of Senpo) and then compare it to the bottom. We later then multiply the gap difference into 3 times (since in dragon ball, theres 30 levels of Senpro degrees). Gohan upscales from all this, which makes teen Goku upscales from Gohan. We also saw that Goku gains way more higher skill due to King Kai trainings to fight Vegeta in the Saiyan Saga

First of all, do you mean kenpo?
Second of all, skill isn't quantifiable like this. Especially not in fiction because of how many variables there are. Real life martial arts are incredibly limited compared to fictional ones.
Lastly, again even if we assume Goku is somehow 3 or even 30x more skilled than IRL martial artists that's still absolutely nothing to even part 1 Mori. If I were to simply base my conclusion off of that I'd think Mori is roflstomping Goku with his arms tied behind his back, blindfolds, and both eardrums busted like he's never been in a fight.

Didn't Mori only use the kick of the blue dragon when he reached the national tournament tho? Any way i think the kick of the blue dragon is better skill feat than Mori vs ilpyo thats why i put it later on

Mori first used it against Daewi which was in the later part of TMWG. Part 1 ends at like chapter 43 and Daewi vs Mori happens around 33-37ish iirc.
Personally I'd say they're just 2 vastly different skill feats.
KoBD is a feat of analysis, power mimicry, precision, and invention. It shows how good Mori is at analyzing the opponents ability, copying it, improving it, as well as his precision in regards to wind manipulation.
Mori vs Ilpyo is a feat of adaptation and the implementation of mimicked moves into his own style. It shows how Mori can adapt his fighting style even against someone who knows everything about renewal and how to counter it while being a godly martial artist themselves. All while being severely nerfed due to his previous fights against Ilpyos teammates.
They go hand in hand very well exactly because they highlight different aspects of Mori's skillset

I agree with Steve lmao, that sounds like a pain in the ass. Especially until my lazy ass composes a blog going over Moris skill feats for easier access since I'm getting a little tired of going over them each match.
Anyway unless/until someone brings up any better arguments for Goku I'm voting Mori
