IN part 1 after first gate rock lee becomes very slow and weakened so I'm wondering why you'd want him to start in that amp

It's equal speed and he isn't gonna enter the gates right away. Or is that what he did right after dropping weights? Being faster doesn't stop him from being framed either

Naoya/Naobito's profiles really should be edited to be like Average Human level or whatever we deem fair without Projection Sorcery and Subsonic up to Transonic with Projection Sorcery on his profile. We literally never see them not using PS, but it's literally the only reason they are fast. Without it there's no reason to assume they're above the likes of someone like Yuji who is remarkably fast for someone without a CT.

No it doesn't. Megumi can use CE and he thought Yuji being 16 m/s was absurdly fast. Unless you mean like reaction-wise, but like, the only reason they are Grade 1 is BECAUSE of their technique. Without it who the hell knows what Grade they would be. And Grade 4's are bat victims. I don't think using CE automatically puts you above humans to an absurd degree.
It's treated as being a huge speed contributor to their speed. If it was merely a 1.2x boost or some other small boost it wouldn't be noteworthy. But then again, this is another scaling issue brought about the speed cap bs. Hopefully if that ever gets fixed this can also be fixed.

He compared Yuji to Maki, who Megumi is inferior to. He's not on that Yuji's level physically.
Transfigured Humans can also hurt Yuji and are used as weapons by Mahito :/
Well I didn't say fodder. That's how you interpreted it. Without the speed cap this would be much easier to see.

That isn't a comparison and that doesn't mean Yuji is physically equal to Maki, and he said this particular line after Yuji threw the shot-put ifirc

We don't see the grade 4's and 3's do many feats so it's hard to say anything about them
Saying they are average human level in speed without it is saying that they are fodder. It's most certainly a bigger amp but we can't really put a concrete number on it so 1.2x wouldn't be completely inaccurate either, it's the closest number we can put on them to the accurate one

I mean Yuji by that point already has better feats than Megumi. He did feats Megumi was evidently impressed by and did better against that Curse he jobbed to. Megumi relies on his summons. Physically he isn't anything impressive.
They wouldn't be human level if the cap didn't exist. But because it does it's the most sensical rating. Had there been no cap they could be Subsonic (or maybe Supersonic, I'd need to look at stuff). But it'd also mean Naoya would be a lot more than Subsonic+ to Transonic (In combat speed anyways).
But again, they are featless without PS. So I don't see a reason to scale them beyond anything average. Or maybe Athletic Human suits them better as they are at the very least still athletic.

I may have been wrong, but the 16 m/s would only really apply to Yuji's running speed, he has better c/r speed feats anyway. And Megumi considering his running speed fast could still just be in comparison to regular people
