[FOX's X-Men] Speed Upgrades & Wolverine AD

Speed Upgrades
There's a bunch of Sub-Relativistic to Relativistic+ calcs:

• Sabretooth dodges Cyclops' Optic Blast - 0.53c (Relativistic+)
• Jean Grey blocks Cyclops' Optic Blast - 0.237c (Relativistic)
• Magneto dodges Cyclops' Optic Blast - 0.21c (Relativistic)
• Wolverine blocks Weapon XI's Optic Blast - 0.0207c (Sub-Relativistic)

These feats were considered outliers since some characters can be hit by bullets, but there are feats that prove otherwise. To start, the characters already scale from Hypersonic+, which is well above bullet speed, and from Weapon XI who prior to his transformation did this, also far superior to bullets. More feats (that I remembered and was able to find, there could be more):

• Magneto states that he can stop a bullet at point-blank range
• Magneto blocks bullets
• Magneto stops a bullet at point-blank range
• Wolverine dodges a missile
• Wolverine and Beast dodges gunfire
• Iceman dodges gunfire
• Iceman reacts to and freezes a missile in mid-air
  • Note: These feats are not meant to support the Rel feats, but to prove that they are above bullet speed, which is the main reason the higher feats are considered outliers.

The main support feat is Ariki dodging Storm's lightning bolts, which are accepted as real lightning at MHS+. We also assume that Pyro somehow became hundreds of times faster (from Subsonic to MHS) just by growing without any support. Finally, most of the time a character gets hit by bullets (mainly Wolverine) it's because he was rage blinded or simply didn't care due to his healing factor. If accepted, the scaling would be as follows:

• From Relativistic+:
  • Apocalypse, Beast, Colossus (Pre-Retcon), Iceman (Transformed), Jean Grey (Post-Retcon), Juggernaut (Pre-Retcon), Lady Deathstrike, Magneto (Pre-Retcon), Mystique (Pre-Retcon), Phoenix Force, Psylocke, Quicksilver, Sabretooth, Sentinels, Silver Samurai, Vuk (Phoenix Force Host), Weapon XI and Wolverine
• From Relativistic:
  • Angel (Post-Retcon), Cyclops, Emma Frost (Transformed), Jean Grey (Pre-Retcon), Magneto (Post-Retcon), Nightcrawler (Post-Retcon), Storm, Toad and Vuk (Base)

Wolverine AD
This old CRT proposed changing Wolverine's Reactive Evolution to Accelerated Development since he doesn't develop new abilities or resistances, but rather they become stronger along with his physicals. Since that thread died and went nowhere, I'm going to revive it here, and also expand the AD:

Accelerated Development (Abilities, Physical Statistics, Other [Fighting Ability] via Battle - The damage he takes acts as an amplifier for his abilities: the more damage he takes, the more efficiently his body regenerates, also making him stronger. After being injected with Adamantium, which made him suffer more pain than any other man can endure, he was armed with greater strength and fighting ability than ever before, being able to overpower Sabretooth with ease when he was easily defeated by him before)

His stats should also increase with AD, it's very controversial but I propose an "Up to 6-C with AD" since he was able to tear the Adamantium chestplate off the Silver Samurai armor with his bare hands (assuming that scaling from Adamantium based on that is legit, I'm not sure tbh). It's important to note that he did this after nearly dying by having his healing factor and life almost completely absorbed, and no one would scale from him in that state as he didn't fight anyone after that (in a VS battle to reach that tier he would somehow have to survive something similar). If it's too controversial, then he would just be "higher with AD"

• Also, considering how close they are to the next tier (just 1.15×), I think it would be fine for Juggernaut (Pre-Retcon) and Silver Samurai, who are superior to Wolverine and Sabretooth, to upscale from 8-A+ to baseline Low 7-C

Extras:

• Resistance Negation? (Could control the X-Jet, even though the plane had been designed with his abilities in mind to make it as impervious to him as possible), for Pre-Retcon Magneto
• Dimensional Travel (Teleports through dimensional jump shots), for Post-Retcon Nightcrawler
• Pain Manipulation (Induced pain into Professor X's brain), for Jason Stryker
• Energy Manipulation (Much like Magneto, she deals with the primal energies of the world), for Pre-Retcon Storm
• Resistance to Electricity Manipulation (The suit protected Storm from being burned and electrocuted by her own lightning), for the suits of the X-Men
• Resistance to Fear Manipulation (Only felt pain from Professor X's psychic event that caused all the students to be scared and made them cry, whimper, and a few sob), for Wolverine
  • He should also have a range of Kilometers with his senses as he smelled Sabretooth from a mile away
• Finally, those unaffected by Cerebro's psychic wave should have the same resistances to its effects as others, I actually forgot to update them when I upgraded its hax, plus Resistance to Perception Manipulation as the helmet blocked Jason Stryker's powers, and Pre-Retcon Storm should have resistance to Jason's hax as she is unaffected by it

It seems like this happens right after Cyclops dies, so rather than being a fear hax i think the students felt Professor X's sadness amplified.

Besides that agree with everything including 6-C Wolverine with AD.

Many real life animals can do that, but I've seen extrasensory abilities having range based on feats like this, so okay.

This should work.

No as he can't teleport to where he can't see, unless he has an image of the location

The students aren't just children, but also late teenagers, plus the Professor was accepted to have fear hax based on that in another thread

Regarding speed, I found this statement about Callisto moving so fast that Magneto couldn't really see her, and since Storm could keep up with her she should scale from Relativistic+ instead of Relativistic, and consequently so should Toad, Cyclops, and Jean Grey (Pre-Retcon). I also wanted to ask if Wolverine knowing a location (forest) from just a few mental glimpses would qualify as Photographic Memory:
