Not really interested in the fight but I want to point out the Raikages >1c rating is by a massive amount.
MS Sasuke has 1c reaction speed and Ay could run a circle around him while Sasuke could barely just twitch in his general direction.

Bakugo upscales from blitzing Rewind AFO, who was superior to Armored All Might who is 1.68c, so that possibly closes out that gap. Like Bakugo absurdly blitzed AFO across kilometers.

Bakugou has nearly triple A’s dura and can whittle him down way more quickly. Considering blitz gaps I’d say Cluster is around the same speed as V2

Bakugou has superior AOE, and can fly normally whereas A needs Onoki’s technique to do so. I don’t see why Bakugou can’t just fly out of range and spam cluster explosions that are over double A’s durability. Only wincon for A is LS but I don’t think he’ll get in range w Bakugou’s acrobatics and flying

The Raikage is definitely gonna use V2 in this fight, especially after seeing how fast Bakugo is considering the gap between them is already starting out as an almost 2× difference.

I think he beats all five of them in 1v1s with maybe the exception of Gaara just because of how versatile he is. I would have said Onoki could clutch a fair fight if not for the fact that Jinton takes a bit of set up that Bakugo would never allow in a fair fight.
