Though admittedly I don't know too much on your 7-Cs other than the main man.

Eh, outside of Mash we only got 7-C stuff for BoS Lance and Dot, along with the bum Silva whos only gimmick is act cocky and sprout iron from the ground. Lance at this point of story mainly focuses on stat crushing opponents with his Graviole (or ripping them apart with Torture Pole), and Dot at least has skill but still focuses on overwhelming opponents with his explosions and having ridiculously high endurance.
6-Cs/High 6-Cs are better, but it really gets crazy with the 6-Bs and above. Visionary level characters and all.
