dude she can turn objects, like even ice cream into weapons, turn people into even energy for her nuclear punch, and could weaponize the aquarium who was affected by the Eternity Devil making it infinite
weirdly enough, transmutation ability isnt strictly divided into low to high tiers but Yorus transmutation would clearly be on the higher end, as long as she perceives someone as her weapon, cuz we never saw anyone just straigh up resisting the weaponization, always being Yorus mind not fully believing into her opponet as her ownership
