Hey, I want to add Social Influencing as a part of Negan's (TV Universe) powers and abilities because:
Leadership: He was an exceptional leader known for his strong leadership over the Saviors, and in his intelligence part, it says how he "led the saviors to victory for quite some time." and is a skilled public speaker. He even gave a speech to the Saviors, influencing them with immense authority.
Charisma: He was well known for his charisma, and I remember so many people who bought up his charismatic nature, and it was what he was well known for. He even charmed Alpha a bit and used that to bait her and kill her.
Coercion: He specifically utilized coercion to establish his "wives" system, forcing women like Sherry, Amber, and Tanya into servitude, and constantly bullied communities into providing resources through threats of violence.
Instigating-Fear: which was one of the most utilized weapons he used against the Saviors, especially in his famous introduction, where he intimidated the Saviors before even killing Abraham and Glenn. And other scenes proved it, such as when he intimidated Rick's family during dinner, and intimidated Simon and his men.
