だが、もしも世界が一つしか なかったならば。 クロエのユニークスキル『時 間旅行』こそ、イレギュラーその ものだ。

それの何が悪いのか、朱音には分からなかった。

しかし彼女の腕にへばりつく黄金の模様が何かを暗示する暗号らしいという事だけは、アルシエルにわざわざ確認するまでもなかった。

アルシエルは憔悴しきった、そんな顔をしていた。

年齢など感じたこともないのに、心なしかこのときの彼女は普段より老いてみえた。

　荻号はそれを見せ付けられた。この調子だと、Fullerene C60（フラーレン・カーボンシクスティ）も起動した瞬間に壊れる。

　神具ばかりではない。

　人が、神が、そしてあらゆるものが生きていられるのも、今のうちだ――。

　朱音を不安にさせないために彼が言葉を口に出す事を自重しても、現実は変わらない。

　やがて全ての有形事象が、形を成さなくなってしまう。断じて絵空事ではない。
