Yuta's superior Domain + Sure-Hit Jacob's Ladder beats pretty much renders anyone outside the top 5 unable to beat Yuta. Funnily enough Maki would have a better chance than fighters like Yuji, Hakari, Kashimo, and whatnot.

For the speed thing thats BASIC scaling, if BASE Hakari scales to Yuji who scales to Yuta in speed then tell me would Jackpot Hakari who is FAR faster than Base would be? base hakari mainly downscales from kashimo, maybe uraume too, he does not directly scale to Yuta, with Jp he's comparable, maybe faster
his rating also should be Supersonic+, not subsonic+

He visibly overpowers Yuta when he is getting pressed down, is able to avoid many attacks despite not having a weapon, took a kick while being relatively fine, broke Yuta’s katana and impressed him by using a small ahh knife that he failed to reinforce fully after that he was confident he could keep up and fight Yuta.

Yuji also downscales from Yuta, at least that's how i see it, and Yuji purposefully does not dodge or defend against any of Hakari's punches, so scaling him to Yuji doesnt really work

That doesn’t work, its stated by Yuji that he wont dodge or fight back ANYMORE.
Meaning anything inside the building works and thats where Hakari catches Yuji several times, no sells his attack and ragdolls his ahh around.

Yeah but he also was being very careful about the killing blow given his reaction when Yuji wakes up, that he thought it MIGHT work, and that it was an act. And while it's not straightforward it's not like he's breaking a sweat to do it. Plus, Yuta had Naoya fumbling to change the narrative of the situation, meaning at worst he's fast enough that he has that dude worried even though he was just blitzing YujiEven though he was trying to kill Yuji and says it was never gonna be easy.
