This doesn't happen in manga consistently at all. And Albert has time manip to amp himself making Naoya touching him basically impossible.

I mean it only affects non sorcerers, have only read the manga (Volume 4) and not watched the anime, so I can’t really say anything here, but I’d imagine the story focuses mostly on sorcerers rather then non sorcerers
