Rules​

  1. Speed Equalized
  2. Full Power Alastor is used
  3. Battle takes place on the outskirts of Pentagram city, nearby the Hazbin Hotel
  4. Alastor has one week of preparations, and full prior knowledge on Kil'jaeden's power, The gist of his abilities(So that he's a warlock, that he can tear apart souls, that he can rain meteors and whatnot, and that he can summon armies), and that he commands a practically infinite legion of demons that raze universes to nothing as a goal.
  5. Alastor CAN call on others at his discretion, and has full knowledge that if he fails, both Hell and Heaven are next
  6. They start 5 meters away from eachother
Hell is not yours to destroy: 1
The time has come to see it done. Burn it... to ash.: 2
They fight to a standstill: 0

Gonna preface the whole fire thing by saying Kil'jaeden doesn't use normal temperature fire, it's a bit hotter than that. Like, core of the earth levels.
 
Dragon-looking guy has about 4.895 times AP advantage (might be less, I dunno) and a massive LS advantage (even against Alastor's tentacles). Not a great start.

Alastor laughably upscales from his value, and more than Kil'jaeden upscales from his
 
man no one's gonna **** with upscale or downscale arguments it's still like a five times difference on paper.

What exactly is the win condition for the other guy? Hurting Alastor's soul? Because I don't think any physical attack is gonna put hiim down for good.

And for Alastor it's... what? Overcome the big AP gap? Or something to do with purification and angelic weapons?

Physical attacks can put Al down for long enough to be a win cause his higher-end regen has no timeframe. Attacking his soul is also a good option though.

That and he's allowed to call people in if he wants in his prep. Since, y'know, 5x AP gap and this guy can literally raise his hands and drop like four entire armies on people with ******* varying up to 5-B.
 
Who's he calling in with prep exactly Nifty and Husk? I don't think they'd amount to much here if the guy's 5-B summons are also way stronger than Al.

He's got options, and the prior knowledge to doompost about Kil'jaeden. Also, it really depends on the 5-B, because some are 10x Planet level and some are just baseline.

If Kil'jaeden just summons Archimonde though that's GG, but I don't think he does that in-character lol

sorry, i think it is needed to explain why i can't give proper full-on input at the moment and the author is really despiseable like a ton of guys in Blizzard, though for different stuff, and i hate her throughly
 
Guldan would've been a better pick IDC that he doesn't have a profile

So the WoW dude is multiple times stronger/tougher and has soul hax...yeah I'll say he beats Alastor
 
few things* for me to try and grasp through the profiles: Who is realistically getting called by Alastor? How is he dealing with stuff he can't resist? Would he like, try to sneak attack Kil'jaeden or something alike?

The reductions aren't the best, if Alastor is being slammed in melee he has more problems. He doesn't really spam power null, the spööky haxes are countered by basic mobility, and the soul stuff is generally very late game if used lethally at all.

Kil'jaeden does not kill people near him by existing or drop life drains that turn people into nothing. Gul'dan does.

Depends on his mood. He has no set starting move, really, he does what the situation calls for. So... Shadow bolts, soul flay, melee, and meteors. Maybe summoning a dozen or two dozen 7-As.

So we'll assume Alastor starts, where he always starts by spamming his tentacles and shadow minions (which would technically blitz as I assume the speed equalization doesn't apply to them? but I'll ignore that for the sake I might be wrong) which wouldn't really restrain him considering he has superior LS, but can slam him around, in which I don't exactly see Kil'jaeden having any counters for? Idk I might look more into this but I'd rather wait because I have 0 knowledge of whatever Kil'jaeden does.
 
Love threads where the OP has to explain why the character they're arguing for is stronger but not THAT much stronger.

Kil'jaeden can probably be slammed around, though many of his attacks are based on gestures so he can still fight back even when Alastor is being himself.

Also yeah, Kil'jaeden is a weird character to debate, since a lot of what he does is... Intelligence related. His only on-screen fights are raid fights, and he acts completely differently in both his raid fights.
 
Given that he know what he is about to face, can't Alastor spend that week getting a big Hell army with AWs? He can use his SI for that, and I think his SI is good enough to accomplish that. How big is Kil'jaeden's army?
I also think he WILL enhance his attacks with AWs cuz otherwise he is finished.

When I get my hands on Alastor downscaling from General of Exorcists CRT Al will be at advantage with Demon Form & best attacks, actually

Btw, how does Kil'jaeden's soul hax work? Does he need physical contact?

A common quote is "We are endless! We are the Legion!" So however many he wants to bring to bear.

This is him summoning ships with entire armies on each of them with a few seconds of raising his hands. From the Twisting Nether. When the place he's summoning two isn't even the same universe.

Kil'jaeden's AoE is pretty good to begin with though, since he likes to barrage people with meteors or just throw out other AoE stuff.

He can be generally near the opponent and do it, but he doesn't tend to bust out the lethal stuff, it's only really the flay and that only targets one at a time and is non-lethal
